This workshop is designed for early career researchers, lecturers, postdoctoral scholars, and late-stage PhD candidates from across disciplines who are beginning or refining their grant writing journeys—especially those whose work engages with climate justice, decoloniality, Indigenous knowledge, or pluriversal futures.
Guided by a diverse team of facilitators from the Southern Theorising Group (STingG), the Urban Institute and joined by Martin Savransky (University of Bath) and Adam Abdullah (Karachi Urban Lab), we will collaboratively explore and subvert institutional funding frameworks while co-developing an AHRC Catalyst Grant proposal that seeks to operationalise a platform for translocal, pluriversal climate engagement.
Travel bursaries may be available for those attending from within UK.
